Mailbox Maintenance

Each Homeowner is responsible to maintain, repair, and/or replace their mailbox. The specified mailbox paint is Rust-oleum Textured Spray Paint in Autumn Brown. This paint is available at Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot. It is recommended to sandpaper your mailbox first before painting.

Another option is to hire someone to paint your mailbox for you.
